Tom Bobo – Director of Arise Alaska Ministries

Tom is the founder and director of Arise Alaska Ministries Inc. Tom and his wife have two children and live in Cadott, WI. He works full time as a technician at an Eau Claire area heavy truck repair facility. “I'm honored to be a part of the leadership team for an Eau Claire area church where my family and I are committed to seeing the vision of the church fulfilled.” In his free time, Tom enjoys hunting, fishing and most anything outdoors. “My real passion is following the leading God has lain on my heart for the people of rural Alaska.”

 

 

 

 

 

  

Holly Bobo – Treasurer of Arise Alaska Ministries

Holly is currently a teacher of the deaf/hard of hearing in a local public school system. She grew up in Sumner, Iowa and then pursued her post-secondary training at Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD where she graduated with degrees in Deaf Education and Elementary Education. She later earned her master’s degree in Education from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Along with serving as a program coordinator for a youth service project for two years in college, Holly has mission trip experience in Hannibal, MO; Cedar Rapids, IA; Jamaica and has participated in two Arise Alaska mission trips. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children and is excited to be on this roller coaster journey with her husband embarking in Arise Alaska Ministries.

 
 
 
 
 

Maria Beilke – Secretary of Arise Alaska Ministries

Maria is currently a nursing student at Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. When not going to school Maria works as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Member Services Associate at the YMCA. She has participated on three previous Arise Alaska mission trips as well as service trips to Milwaukee, WI and Chauvin, LA. In her free time Maria enjoys reading, snowboarding and spending time outdoors. Maria is excited to see all that is happening in rural Alaska and all that is yet to come.
